of cycling in the gym is all it takes to burn 60 calories. But that also left me with body aches here & there, and tiredness that resulted in immediate knock out at 11 pm.
After months of not exercising, save for walks to buy newspaper when I sleep over at BB, I felt like dying on the cycling machine yesterday. But I perservered, and didn't give up before the 15 mins were over.
It may seem insignificant - 15 mins. But that broke the spell - I've finally stepped into a gym! Now I shall muster enough courage to make full use of the free passes I've been thinking about using.
