A very chronological post

Today's one of the best days in my life! We had fun, together, for the whole of today.

We started out early, at 7 am for breakfast at BK@airport, not because we were crazy to travel half the island for that. Since we were sending some folks off to Myanmar, we thought, a BK breakfast would make a good reward. I'm just wondering though, why are the portions sold at BK breakfast getting bigger, and of course, more expensive?! Are they trying to upsize every single thing we eat??

Half the day was spent waiting for our turn at a clinic. Lucky there were plenty of magazines for me to feast my eyes on. That sorta killed time, though poor AH was falling asleep on my shoulders. Good, patient AH.

After lunch we finally got around to Ikea. The place was crowded, though I bet it couldn't have been as crowded as the opening weekend. We needed to get lots of stuff from there to kick start our new home so we hoarded back quite a few bags, not inclusive of those to be delivered next Monday. Guess who's going to be a friend of Ikea soon? :D

Then I was craving for hot dogs, but of course, we couldn't chomp down those sold at Ikea, so I requested AH to drive us to Tampmall where we could get some fat, juicy hotdogs in buns. *slurps* And I got them! Yeay!

From east to the west - off to NUH to visit Tok's brother who's down with really bad cough which led to pneumonia. The old man was still as jovial as ever. Hope he gets well soon.

Following this, angan2 nak pegi Barang2, tapi my legs dah tak leh carry (literally) & we both agreed it was time to call it a night.

So here we are, about to sleep soon!

It has been a lovely day. I love every minute of it :)

Ikea Tampines is super near my house. heh. I just ventured there today. Sooooo spacious. Plenty of nyonyas though. hehe.
